Three years after first flaunting her newfound maturity in Can't Be Tamed, Miley's still out to prove that she's a grown up with her latest music video.

We Can't Stop premiered on VEVO today and has already racked up more than 300,000 views. Whether by fans of Maxim's hottest woman or the curious few intrigued by shock factor, neither will be disappointed because there's plenty of both.

When she's not twerking, spanking her pals or dry-humping the bed, the 20-year-old is seen dancing with teddy bears and making out with her Barbie doll alter-ego in the pool. Smoke billows from crotches, paint spills from hands and Miley continues to think that wearing sunglasses indoors is cool.

All in all, it's a bizarre, entertaining but arguably desperate effort from the talented star (who happens to excel in other genres, as exemplified by this Dolly Parton cover).
