Jay Cutler - Ripped to Shreds

In the sport of professional bodybuilding, Jay Cutler has done just about everything and won everything to which an athlete can aspire except the most prestigious title of all, Mr. Olympia. He has been runner up 4 times now and is considered by me and by many to be an uncrowned champion.

 
Mitsuru Okabe is one of the top bodybuilding videographers in the sport. Mits and Jay collaborate to produce a classic DVD, full of motivation, instruction and inspiration. Jay is shown to best advantage in the weeks leading up to one of his 3 wins in the Arnold Classic, another prestigious pro competition.

Jay's focus, dedication and single mindedness to his goal are simply admirable. And that comes across splendidly in this DVD. Jay's wife Kerry also comes across as a wonderful lady and very dedicated in her own right. She is as supportive and as there for Jay as any partner and spouse can be. And that means a lot in this sport to have someone to provide support and faith.
